I agree with the reviews. I have never encountered such rude customer service as I have in this building. The super reeks of booze and cigarettes all day long. I have seen him curse at an old woman for leaving her car out in the parking lot for five minutes while she put away her groceries. I once had a toilet clog, and he refused to fix it, claiming he could get hepatitis.
