Dutch Village is a rip off. We have a one bedroom, average size, and pay $850 a month now! Our rent gets raised every single freaking year!! For this much money a month, we are ready to buy a 3 bedroom home.

Maintence requests are ignored. This was a dissapointment, and the maintenence people were also quite rude.The roads are hilly and your car will slide on the ice.

The heat is either stifling or non existant.

For less money you can get more space! Do it.

is the short fat girl in the headquarters still there? she claims to be a property manager. god help us all!!!!!!!!!
