Great location

I've been living at Dutch Village since June 2000.

I'm very pleased with the upscale environment and professional staff.

The location is the best selling point.

It is disappointing that the rent is raised an average of 4% each year.

Service calls usually are answered in 1 to 2 days.

The other tenants are usually professional and courteous.

If you're looking for a quiet, upscale environment in a great location you may want to consider Dutch Village.
