Good Place

There are two sections to this complex: the old and the new. The old section is a lot nicer, in my opinion (more charm), but I really cannot comment on the new section. Although the older section appears expensive, remember that virtually everything is included (heat, hot water, water, sewer, cooking gas, etc.). I haven't had an electric bill over $30 yet. I believe you pay for utilities in the newer section. The tenants here are spectacular compared to every other place I've lived. Very respectful and quiet. The only downside to this place is the incessant noise from lawnmowers, leaf blowers, etc. There's so much grass here that this summer, there was mowing everyday Monday through Friday. Very noisy (roughly 8:30AM to 3PM). Do NOT rent here if you work nights. You'll NEVER be able to sleep during the day. I've not had any real maintenance requests, although a few things I mentioned upon move-in several months ago have not been fixed. Other than that, it's probably one of the best places in the Albany area.
