Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
the whole joint is a scam. everything costs too much. the staff is rude and rarely helps repair the antiquated units. spend your money on a newer place that is not in trouble with the NYS gov't authorities. Norman Liebowitz was number three in Albany Management as a firm. He went to jail for a year for bribing NYS authoritires to win contracts for thousands of dollars. Did you read it in the Times Union in 8/2005'
