I recently rented an apartment in this complex and I agree with others that have suggested that the 'details', such as fixtures, walls, doors, etc., are not, necessarily, in good repair. The woman in the office will state she is concerned, and working toward resolving the various problems, however, I believe she is at the mercy of the maintenance staff, which, in my opinion, is performing poorly. Basically, you get what you pay for.

I have lived her since June of 2008 and I have found the mainteneance staff to be very helpful, my sidewalk is always shoveled and kept clear of ice and everyone is very friendly. I had to call maintenance one time and they were right there within one hour of my call. I did my homework shopping around for an apartment after i sold my home and found Dutch Village to be in the top 5. I have never seen any bugs and rarely do I here the neighbors or their pets. The women in the office is very freindly and always reachable. I will renew my lease.
