August 20009 will make a year in DV and I plan to renew my lease. I love living here. The grounds are well kept, the heat is quite sufficient (in older building), there is more than enough room, and it's relatively quiet. I haven't had any problems with the leasing office. They have been responsive to my repair requests and quite pleasant. Perhaps all of the other complaints were taken into account and changes wer made.

I read in a review of another complex that said "thank heavens the stuff going on at Dutch Village is not carrying over to that complex". What is the safety factor here? We are planning on visiting Dutch Village, so I am a little concerned>
