I absolutely love the place. I can't say enough good about it. If the main office is closed they have an emergency 24 hour line and someone always shows up almost immediately. I've lived in the apartments for about a year and a half. In that time I've had to call them four times, and three of those were because I was having trouble with my heat. Everytime I've called them i've been out of my apartment and by the time I got home the problem was fixed and the apartment was toasty. One of those times I called was at like midnight and I was home by 2:30am.

The only caution I can give people:
Use your Bolt Locks. Albany is very spotty. One block can be extremely good and the next block over is a ghetto hell. If you live in Albany, you expect and know this. I was broken into while I was not home, but that was my fault because I thought I was far enough from some of the questionable areas and did not do my bolt lock.

Also, the carpet in the hallways between the apartments stinks. I mean really truly, awful and pungent. I think its the carpet, I can't imagine that much stench radiating out of a nearbye apartment. Then again, I've never brought it to their attention and asked then to clean the apartment.

I am relocating to Florida and only hope I can find as cost effective, nice, and helpful as Loudon Arms. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
