I'm a current tenant at Loudon Arms I just renewed my lease and can't wait for this year to be over. The kind of people that are moving in now makes you want to run and hide. The noise is another issue. You are able to hear EVERYTHING through the walls during the day and ECSPECIALLY during the night. As I said before when my lease expires next year, I will gladly leave and not look back (if I'm not gone before).
