Overall, a great place to live. Though you're going to pay a little more for this level of quality, such is true with anything.
The grounds are beautifully kept, and at nearly 1200 square feet, the current apartment is monstrous! (Plus closets galore!)
On the down side, snow removal seems to be a bit slow, and one needs to obtain a "Pool Pass" from the office at the start of every season to use the pool.
Very centrally located between I-90 and I-787, you're just minutes from virtually EVERYTHING, a very nice bonus.
