Bad water and Management

To start I'd like to agree with the other complaints about management. They are extremly rude after the move in, and it gets much worse once you've told them you are moving out. Also, I haven't driven past the office once where there wasn't atleast one of them smoking outside either.
I also agree that the fitness center is very lacking. There were times when machines were marked out of order for months at a time. The ceilings are very low, so don't expect to be using some of the machines if you are 6' or taller.
The number one problem in my mind is the water issue. From the beginning there were problems with water. Mainly with the water being so extremly hot it burned you, then quickly turning cold again. If that isn't happening, the hot water is gone altogether. Somtimes without notice, and sometimes with as little as an hour's notice. Recently the water was shut off completely all day in order to fix the hot water problem, but instead days later, hot water was hard to come by.
The location is great, and the apartments are nice. Maintenance is extremely prompt. The maintenance got a low score, but only because of the water problems.
