I've lived here for 3 1/2 yrs now. I absolutely love my apartment. Yes, it's HUGE. The grounds are well kept. The trees are flowering now, and it's awesome. The garages are a bit of an eyesore. Maybe they'll get to painting and repairing them this year.

Maintenance has always been the best. I have always had service within 24 hours and most times a lot less than that. They do a great job, and so does the lawn care crew.

The buildings are always clean, trash removed daily and buildings cleaned and vacuumed regularly. I'm sure that's no easy task since I know from experience that some people are just plain slobs.

As for the exercise room, you need to report to the office when a machine is down. They don't work in the exercise room, you know. Just for your information, the maintenance staff does not do the repair work on these machines. Don't blame the staff because someone else can't provide prompt service.

I personally have always found the office staff to be friendly and helpful every step of the way. The manager could be a little friendlier though. Sometimes one could get the impression that she doesn't really care. A smile would be nice. The other two girls know what they're doing, and I sometimes feel sorry for them. After all, there are about 500 /- apartments and at least that many people the staff has to deal with everyday. Let's face it, I'm sure they get their share of nasty or stupid people.

Overall, I'd rate this complex an A . Such a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. I can't say enough, and it'll be a sad day when we have to leave.
