In reading the three previous reviews, I have to say I am very surprised b/c I've been extremely impressed with the management at Park Lane in the year that I've lived here. The staff have always been courteous to me, and the two times that I've needed (minor) repairs in my apartment, they've been taken care of within 24 hours. The second time I called the office at 4:30, and they apologetically asked if it would be okay if they waited until the next day to fix the problem. After living in two horribly managed apartment buildings, one in Albany and the other in Boston, this came as a very pleasant shock. My apartment is quiet, I've only had to wait once to access the laundry facilities, there's more than ample storage between the spacious closets and the additional storage space in the basement, parking is never a problem, I have a nice balcony, and the living space is great. Additionally, the grounds are well-kept, including the two pools, tennis courts, and exercise room. Really, the only downside to Park Lane is that there aren't really any nice places to go (bars, restaurants, etc.) within walking distance, but the close proximity to both 787 and 90 make it very easy to drive to most places you'd want to go. Overall, I would highly recommend this place.
