In November of 2007 I moved in to a 2 bedroom here. My friend got $100 off his rent for recommending the complex to me, and they paid him promptly. If we ever had a problem, which was rare, the maintenance staff took care of it immediately and properly. After we signed a renewed lease, my roommate became problematic for me and the community, and as a result, the management made every effort to accommodate me. They were exceptionally understanding of my situation and contrary to what most landlords would do, looked beyond their bottom line and helped me get out of the situation. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to rent in a well-kept, affordable and customer-oriented complex.
