Yes, this place was absolutely horrible. However, there is new management and they have been working for months (and continue to work) on all the problems that the old management did not do. There are new garbage bins, new eaves troughs on all buildings and many repairs being done every day. My main problems are the other tenants that live here. I cannot wait to move because there are tons of children that scream and play outside for hours in the evening. There are large groups of men that play volleyball and are very noisy at night outside. Many tenants do not speak English and when they are noisy and you ask them to be quiet they don't understand you (or pretend they don't). Tenants on the floor above me have kids who scream and run all day long (making stuff on my walls shake badly). If you can stand a lot of noise, move here. The walls are very thin. I told new management, but as far as I can tell, nothing has been done about my noise complaint. Also, there are not enough parking spots once everyone comes home from work at night.
