I have lived here for almost 6 months, and have been looking for a new apartment for 4. The maintenance staff are always friendly and helpful, except for the women in charge of it all. Joyce is a condescending -----. I have filed regular complaints (because this place is old and needs attention)and each has had the same result. I have to leave multiple messages, or go to the office several times before anything is done. Going to the office is always an interesting experience. Every time I speak with Joyce she treats me like I am an incompetent idiot. She speaks to me like I am a child and tells me there is nothing she can do to fix the problem. She is a complete moron. I have never dealt with a bigger ----- in my life. I went to complain because my water was turned off 2 days in a row without any warning. She told me there was no way they would be able to inform everyone when the water would be turned off. I explained tasks such as that are part of her job and residents have the right to know. She insisted there was nothing that could be done. A month or 2 later, I received a notice on my door saying the water would be turned off at a specific time on a certain date. Lying ----. The only good things I can say about this place is the location and the price. It's awesome, but not worth the --------.

I recently visted Riverhill Apartments and I must say I was impressed with the new management. I met the manager and the maintenance crew. Everyone was very nice. They are also making a lot of changes. Next year, cable and internet will be included in the rent. Gas will still be included. Riverhill Apts is in the running for me to rent there.

Yes, cable and internet will be included, at a huge increase in the rents. The maintenance and management may be nice, but other tenants are horribly inconsiderate (eg. noise, etc.)
