Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
While the place is old it is kept pretty well and the cops could do a little more about the "traffic". But it is pretty quiet and secluded for being in the city. And the Superintendant is always there when you need him. They do alot for the people who live there. Heat and water included, garbage p/u, the grounds are well kept. For the $ it's pretty good.
