I have lived here for almost 10 months and let me tell i do not like this place very much. It has recently become like living in a dorm, with the amount of college aged kids that live here. If you enjoy loud music throughout the night and beer bottles in the parking lot, than you'll be right at home. Second, if you have furniture that is even relatively large, don't bother because the stairs are very narrow and the elevator is not much bigger. Each apartment does have a wash and dryer hookup, but the space for the washer and dryer only fits a stackable unit. So you have to go out and spend at least $800 on a stackable model. The staff is not much better, no one is ever here to answer the phone or to report a maintenance problem. In january my hot water heater went out, i called twice dialy for 2 days and no one called me back, i called and left a fifth message and told them i would hire my own plumber and take the bill out of next months rent, it was fixed the next day. THe weight room is a joke and so is the pool, which is tiny. This place was built in the 80's and you can tell when you walk the halls, they have made no improvments and just rely on the location to rent the apartments.

This person either has a problem paying their rent or does not comply with the rules of Seventeen Hundred Designer Residences. The staff has NEVER in my 16 years living at the location ignored a phone call or emergency. This is blasphemous.
