It's too bad people have to write what they do. I have been at Shaker Run for 2 years and LOVE it. I just went to see a Luxury Apartment Complex (for the school district) and I was NOT TREATED like Lisa has treated me. People were not as friendly and difficult to talk too. Lisa always has an open door policy and is very flexible and friendly. I am probably going to stay here as long as I can.

It does not make sense to rate safety as high when the snow removal at Shaker Run is so poor. The lack of attention to the snow and ice is very bad and regularly puts tenant safety in jeopardy. This is a well-known, serious problem at Shaker Run.
