Staff is rude esp. Lisa... we use to live there but moved out due to horrible service and unprofessional behavior. Poor complex services such as snow removal, etc. Would not recommend to anyone.

It is true that the snow removal is VERY POOR at Shaker Run. The snow is not removed in a timely manner and, once "done," the job is rarely adequate. I have lived in other apartments in snowy locations and the snow removal service at Shaker Run is the absolute worst I have seen. I do not understand why they do not pay more attention to this critical safety issue.
