They tell you its clean and 24hr maintenance. This is so false. There is always trash on premises all over the place. In the winter, the parking lot and walkways are never ever clear. You can literally break your neck or something trying to get to your vehicle. The walls are so thin you can your neighbors conversations, toilet flush, their personal business and etc. The site manager is very unprofessional as well as her staff. I have lived there for 5 and 1/2 years. When you write complaints about your neighbors and take pictures of them vandalising the property and your property nothing is done!!!! The only thing that kept me there that long was the fact that it was spacious!!!!! Also, they make every effort to try to keep as much of your security deposit as possible!!!!
