I lived at the Towers of Colonie for 3 yrs and can only speak very highly of it. My experience was wonderful. Nice apartment, grounds and a wonderful staff. They took very good care of the property and residents from my experience. Every year they would check my smoke detectors, winterize my windows and even put a cover over my a/c unit. My electric bill was very fair. If my job had not relocated me to another state I would have continued living at the Towers of Colonie.
