Old buildings. Good location

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
- Maintanence low on staff. Snow plowing is slow. Request are handled slowly.
- Old carpets. Not changed for years.
- Sound proofing is worst. Sometimes can hear sounds from other apartments.
