Lived here for 15 years. Nice apartments, but they lack enough storage space and need updating especially the windows and balcony doors.Very drafty windows which freeze in winter. Very high electric bills during the winter.Difficult to keep apt warm with cold drafts.

Features are nice like off street parking,elevators, indoor laundry, mail boxes.

Have very serious problems with noisy tenants above us since we moved in. Management refuses to do anything about it. Apts are overpriced for the amount of space within the apts.Very small kitchens.Inside building needs updating.They started interior renovations 6 months ago and only completed 25% of the work. All work has stopped and management fails to communicate as to why. Need bigger mailbox's, and bigger storage areas. Front door lock broke and it took months to get it it fixed properly.
Management seems more interested in keeping outside grounds looking nice rather than inside, however they need sidewalk repairs and roadways resurfaced badly. They took out the needed speed bumps which allows traffic to speed too fast endangering peoples lives who walk around.
They don't allow pets at all, not even for handicap persons!
