I moved here over four years ago from another complex in Clifton Park. The grounds are always kept immaculate; apartments are up to date and quiet. Plenty of parking and garages available. I have a balcony Extra $15 a month but well worth it. Office staff is always very helpful and professional Maintenance people very accomodating. Complex is centrally locating and bus service is provided to local grocery store. Your hot water is included in your rent and even though the heat is electric it is very reasonable due to the insulation and thickness of the walls. Safety is never an issue as entrance to buildings are always locked and must have someone to buzz you in.
There is a good mix of people here - young, old, retired, chidren (kept in central quarters) good working class. Many trips and events sponsored by complex

Very, very happy here as I am sure all prospective renters would be.
