Great Location but Quite

The Towers are located right behind Colonie Center Mall and allows us to easily walk to the mall, movies and all kinds of dinning. The towers have alot of Seniors (women mostly) and it own Silver Sneaker Organization which is a direct factor of why the noise is minimal. We have an appartment with a balcony (and pay $15 more a month) and we love it! The balcony has a view of the Colonie Center High School Playing feilds that can make for a bit of noise during games and pratice when the windows are open but better then hearing traffic. And they seem to do alot of grounds keeping that make a lot of noise in the early hours of the morning that could get in the way if you are late sleeper.
