I've been living here since August 2006. I am very very satisfied. Outstadning location - proximity to the mall, grocery, park (Crossings of Colonie, bank, diners, bus stops etc.; quiet; excellent 24/7 maintenance; its cleanliness; good landscaping; excellent outdoor pool; gym; well-decorated lobby; childeren's play ground; community rooms; good parking facility - It's an extraordinary jewel of an apartment.
