A well-maintained complex; service calls promptly answered. Apartments repainted, carpets steam cleaned and immaculately clean for new tenants. Snow removal in the winter is done promptly. However, it is pricey and rents rise at least $20 per year, much more than the "cost of living." With this year's increase making rent now in the range of house payment, I decided to buy a condo.
