Clubhouse: Nice gym, pool, and ping pong. If you have people to play with, you will find this very useful. Mostly these facilities are underutilized.

Swimming pools: There are several and all are well maintained.

Apt: Nice apts. Mainteance has amazingly improved in the last 6 months. In the winter, weather stripping is done, but you have to ask for it. Maintenance people are very friendly. Very nice walking place surrounding the apt complex.

Close to Crossgates mall.

Close to several restaurents and Stuyvesant plaza (you can take your kids to learn tap/ballet, relax at bountyful bread).

Watch out for:
Hefty heating bill. Expect around $150 on average ( at least for 2 BR). I have noticed several residents move to Regency Apt. for this reason.

Regency also has a party place that is offered to residents for free for parties.

There was one crime occurence in the past few years. This was very unexpected in this otherwise quite community. For Safety reasons, Regency is better as it has additional door that can be open only by the residents.

I always wished this apt had a play place for kids.

If you don't mind spending a few extra bucks, this is really a great apt to live in.
