the good and the bad...

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
Good: Beautiful landscaping, plenty of parking, great pool, good location, nice people (both residents and office staff)

Bad: Old doors and windows (high utility bills), cheap appliances (Hot Point), additional pet rent, crazy drivers.

Recommended: YES
