I am a current resident and woodlake is very nice. For the amount of money you pay, almost $1000.00 per month not including utilities, the grounds are disgusting. I agree with the comment about doing things for show. It seems like the entrances are beutifuly lanscpaed and clean. Go deeper into the property and you will find trash, piles of leaves, screens from windows. This is very unpleasant for someone like me who doesn't live by the entrances. I am also sick of seeing the disgusting piles of goose poop everywhere. If you are going to have a couple of lakes and wildlife on the property you should take the responsibility of keeping it maintained. I am afraid to walk on my patio with out shoes out of fear of catching a disease from the stupid bird poop. The lakes also smell horrible. One fountain in the middle of lake is not going to circulate the stagnent water. I wish the management or the owners would actually come out off there offices and walk around to see and smell what everyone else does.

there have been improvements I am aware of. Havent noticed the goose crap mentioned, but re the open dumpsters, the staff is addressing the problem . Too bad the tenants can't just take responsibility for clsoing ther covers afetr they swing the doors open.I was always taught -if you open it close it, if you turned it on, shut it off, and so on.Guess people are raised differently; some are slobs, some ain't

I agree with connierenter99. Even after the fire in building 33 they where there that same day and had started working on the building. This was back in early spring. The people are now back in the building. Also as for garbage some days the dumpsters are full and that is usually around the 1st of the month when people move out and when people move in. As for your patio you can always clean it up yourself.
