Lets start with the pros: large apartment, great fitness room and well maintained pools, parking is not a problem, and office staff are friendly and try to be helpful.

Cons: Price is outrageous considering no utilities are included and the insulation around doors and windows is POOR at best. The laundry faclities are just AWFUL. Coin operated machines that are ALWAYS broken and dryers do not dry a normal load, that is when there are actually quarters in the machines. Its pretty sad that we have to go to laundry mats and get quarters out of their machines!! Living on the first floor, we constantly hear the tenants upstairs even when they are just walking around. Their footsteps, radio, etc are actually amplified through the ceiling. Parties next door keep us up all hours of the night. Ancient appliances and warped, peeling laminate on kitchen and bathroom cabinets.

When the lease is up we're moving!
