I moved here last June with the intention of renting for 1yr and then buying, but I will definitely be staying for at least another year...or longer. It is very quiet and relaxing. I have a high stress job and when I come home, I feel like I'm coming to a vacation resort. The neighbors are very friendly and look after each other. Many have lived here since it opened, which says a lot. The maintenance staff did a superb job cleaning up after one of the biggest snow storms in history the other day....better than the hospital in which I work. If they offered some units as condos, I would definitely buy one!
