I lived there for 5 years and the last 3 years they steadily got worse and worse (fires, electrical issues never resolved) . I heard it was a wonderful place to live from a friends Dad who lived at Woodlake there 20 years ago probably the last time they did updates to the apartments too. The staff is okay but be careful some have criminal records. Likewise, Woodlake does not screen new tenants fro criminal backgrounds. The noise level in horrendous. When you complain, nothing gets done about it. The previous complaints about the fire, cheap appliances, high utility bills, feeling unsafe are dead on in their reviews. If I wanted to live in the ghetto I would have moved to one. I'm leaving and would never recommend living at Woodlake to anyone!
