Apts nice. Area pretty good. Parking, not great, but ok. Rental company terrible. Very shady. Must keep on top of them for everything. Tries to cheat you out of money, so be careful. Do not pay the last months rent, because they try to keep the security deposit.

Love this complex I have been a resident for 9 years and love living here. I moved into "D" court which was the first section built. My apartment is lovely and the grounds beautiful. Quite a beautiful setting with lots of nature. I have always found the property manager and maintenance

highly recommend I have lived here for over 5 years and would highly recommend Shaker Run to everyone. The size of my 2 bedroom apartment and the price $965 you cant beat. The property manager has locked me into a 3 year lease at this $965 so that means no increase for 3 years. Very generous,

It's fantastic if you want to live in an overpriced dirty building with drug dealers across the hall. They will raise your rent ALOT after your first year. Also charge 25.00 per parking space. Ick.
