Stonegate of Clarence 4100 Stonegate Lane, Williamsville, NY 100% Recommended Jul 28, 2009 - " I have lived here at stonegate for 1 year. this was the best choice in senior apt. living. Quiet, clean, prompt maintanance services, friendly neighbors and a great office staff. The only problem is that the rent is raised on a yearly basis and as a senior on fixed income (ie., pension and social security )I could see a problem in a few years.
