I'm in school... and not that picky so these apartments are pretty good. Lots of centipedes which are gross but I would assume there would be less on the second floor. The people working in the office are pretty mean but if you annoy them enough they will get things done. The washer and dryer in my building work pretty well except they are really old and small.
