I moved from where I was living to Cedarwood just a few weeks ago but I haven't had any problems at all. The apartment was clean, freshly painted, well cared for when I got here. I never hear my neighbors, I have no bug problems. While I will agree that parking is a nightmare I would have no problems telling a friend to move here.
