I lived here for 2 years. The noise in and out of the apartments is unbelievable. We could hear every word our neighbors said through the bedroom wall.
If you do live here, be prepared to get NONE of your security deposit back. I was actually charged an extra $300 to cover the cost of replacing a 2 year old carpet that had nothing but normal wear marks on it. A total of $981 minus the $600 security deposit.
I complained numerous times about the noise, dishwasher problems, and neighbors in the building with dogs, and nothing was ever done about any of it.
I refered a friend after I first moved in (big mistake) and never got the $50 off of rent like I was supposed to. I also lived 2 weeks past my lease, and they made me pay the $10 water fee as if I lived there for a whole other year.
Bottom line, this place is just out to make a buck, and doesn't care at all about it's tenents. Find another place to live.
