I've been living here since 2005 and even in that short time, we have noticed a steady decline in not only the maintenance but the quality of tenants....here are some examples...



*If you live in J, K or L it was very difficult to find a parking spot. There were several occasions when we had to park across the street. **Parking rules are not enforced.** In fact it's something the rental agents chuckle about...stop laughing and do something about it! And speaking of the rental agents, they act like they're this exclusive clique from high school. One of them has a horrible almost rude attitude. I thought it was just me, but it's been confirmed by other tenants.

*There is a registered LEVEL 2 sex offender living in A building...which is full of kids! Tenants were not informed of him living in our complex. Check out this link...

*We live in a basement apartment and everytime it rained, it would seep in where the a/c was and damage the walls. We have called maintenance numerous times. All he did was put some insulation in the a/c compartment and screw the cover on. How the &*#% is that gonna help' We even called the main office and still got no where. We have stopped trying and have forgotten about it.

Seriously, I've lived in much worse, but I've lived in much better... . If you are considering Cedarwood, make sure you document everytime you contact them for a repair or issue. The maintenance guy comes down with amnesia when repairs need to be made. Proceed with caution when living at Cedarwood.
