Cedarwood apartments is a general disaster. The entire time we lived there maintenance came through maybe twice and it was only because the dishwasher was filling with a nasty red liquid. Also they turn the heat off in the summer which is okay but they don't turn it back on until it gets really cold or "upon request". We called to get it turn on because we lived on a ground level apartment and its it colder than others (because of poor insulation) and the office woman responded with "I live on a ground level apartment and I'm not cold!" so we just were cold along with people in other buildings we spoke with. At the end of out stay we wanted to move to a 3 bedroom apartment.(for whatever reason) They were first very nice and we signed paperwork and all was about to go through until they suddenly backed out and left us with pretty much saying "oh well". We then moved to village green apartments and its great so much quality were not used to with cedarwood such as pool, exercise room, community center, ect.. They just don't have a 3 bdr at village green.
