First the pros:

Feels new, looks nice, and is very spacious. Lots of windows for brightness and natural lighting. Woodland setting which is peaceful and lovely. Living in Radisson has very nice perks.

Cons:

You can see where they cut corners in order to save money when building...many leaks by windows. Floor tiles are scratchy and very uncomfortable to stand on...they are concrete prickers! The tiles have many splits that give just enough space for ants, caterpillars and bugs to invest your home. The bathtubs are so tiny. The walls are paper thin...you can hear your neighbors talking, using the bathroom, etc. In the winter, they NEVER plow and leave you to shovel out your own cars. After the snow is melted, the area is VERY dangerous as it is ice covered. Prepare to slip and fall.

MOST IMPORTANT:

The owner will not talk to you ever. No matter what. So just plan on complaining to the 2 maintenance guys and the 1 office lady. Feel bad for those folks. Just want to talk to owner. :(

Also, food smells from other apts.
