Maintenance Staff is very poor

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
Everytime we call for maintenance or there is something wrong, the staff never wants to help you. It takes weeks in order to get simple things fixed. The owner only cares about what he is getting for rent. I wish I had never signed the lease.
