The management of Catherine is absolutely ridiculous! She is condescending and makes you feel like you are bothering her and has no problem telling you she doesn't care if you stay or go! She tells you that she has no complaints from anyone else. Believe me, I have lived here for over a year and have spoken to many other residents, and NOONE is happy with her attitude! The management before her was kind,caring and had some customer service skills. She has obviously had no formal training dealing with people. She makes promises to get back to you,don't hold your breath.

I absolutely agree! We moved here because the previous management was wonderful! Catherine has turned this place on its head! She is terrible to deal with, and has even told me that she "doesn't care" about safety issues in our townhome, even though we have a small child. Threatening legal action is the only way to get things done with her. This is my own experience and that of several of my friends that live here.
