The grounds are well kept... any maintenance order is addressed fast. the Management is wonderful but doesn't compair to the kind maintenance staff that will go above and beyond for the tenants.
when trees fell down in a resent storm they were taken care of the same day. The emergency maintenance number allows me to feel secure in the fact that every concern will be answered.
