I've been living at Drumlin Heights for a month or so now and I am having more trouble in these few weeks than I have had in years living in apartments. Let's start with the kitchen. I have to flip the light switch 15-20 times to get the light to turn on, my garbage disposal doesn't work, the water in the sink can't run for more than 10 seconds without it filling up with dirty water. The "garbage disposal" obviously hasn't been cleaned in years because my entire kitchen smells like mold from the sink. There are SPIDERS EVERYWHERE throughout this apartment, I can't get rid of them. Every time I turn around there is a spider crawling near me, and if you get on your hands and knees you'll find spider eggs and all kinds of things under the corners. Spiders have obviously found a home at Drumlin Heights, but this is not home for me. I live on the ground floor and every single time the person above me flushes the toilet or runs the water I feel like they're going to fall through. If they move at night or get up, the noise is so loud it wakes me up, and I am not a light sleeper. You'd swear the person was going to fall right through your ceiling.
I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with this apartment complex and I am currently looking into other properties in the Radisson area. I recommend you do the same.
