I was in a situation where I needed to find a safe place to live, where I could have my dog. The thought of living here was wonderful. They promised energy efficient units, great maintenance, and great atmosphere. Well...they lied. The rent was $1135 for the townhouse. I shoveled my own driveway, repairs from move in were never made. My energy bills were through the roof ($986 for winter months) and I kept my heat at 65 degrees. The upstairs was hot, the downstairs was cold. Ants invaded, bees invaded, lawns mowed sporadically. Catherine, the Manager is a bold faced liar. Promises you the moon then delivers nothing. As an FYI...it is not just me. My neighbor had extremely high winter bills, complained to management and her lease was not renewed. Please don't be a sucker like I was. These places drain you financially and you have no support from the "great management team, in particular Catherine".

I agree about Catherine. Watch out for her. She is one angry person.
