I have currently lived in Greenway for 4 years and continuing. I was on the waiting list for a townhouse for 2 years before getting one. I really enjoy the townhouse, it is perfect for a small family. All the residents are friendly, like real neighbors. The office staff recently changed. The new manager seems to have a good understanding of the paperwork needed because the housing is income based. The maintenance staff id friendly. The guys always say hi and are very courteous when in your unit to fix things. The only thing I have a problem with temperature control. Every unit has one air conditioner, which really doesn't do much to cool down an entire apartment or townhouse. Also, the heat varies from one unit to the next. You are either roasting in a sauna or bundling up for an igloo. Besides this I really enjoy living in Greenway and Radisson. There are plenty of trails to walk in the woods and playgrounds for children, as well as having a pool available during the summer, with lessons and family swims. I would recommend Greenway as a great place to rent.
