I agree about the parking and plowing issues mentioned in a prior review. I am fairly new to this complex and have enjoyed it except for the snow removal policy. The complex made a big deal, posting signs everywhere about their snow removal policy, yet do not adhere to it. There is one main driveway that gets plowed, but not in time for when I need to leave for work. Most of the parking spaces are just left as is so they are always tricky to get in an out of. I talked to the office and their reply was "everyone in Onondaga county is having parking problems." and "If you need to borrow a shovel, we will be in the office at 8am." Not so helpful when you need to be to work BY 7am.
Otherwise I have not heard of any car break-ins and I think the complex is pretty quiet and safe.

I agree that we do distribute too many snow removal procedure notices that are not read. Hence this is why On-Site Property Services informed us that Kimbrook Manor's residents rarely cooperate in moving their vehicles compared to the other apartment communities they plow so it is impossible for them to plow all the parking spaces. Unfortunately, these are the residents who complain to us.

"Anonymous" please tell me how it is at all possible that you plow a parking lot full of cars?? im sure they plow the open spaces. again 50 dollars for a garage or 500 dollars to cancel lease. uh duh
