I have lived here for two years and i'm looking to leave. there is never any parking. I am lucky and i get off at 3 pm so i get a spot but my husband works nights and he has to park in this secluded area that has no street lamps and is behind all of the apartments sometimes. He has an expensive car and if it gets broken into people will feel pain! another reason why were moving is there was a flood in the apartment above us about 6 months ago when the people went on vacation .. when we called to tell them to do something they just turned off there water.. my bathroom wall was soggy and we told them that and no one ever came to fix it. we have told them many times but no one cares. my bathroom closet stinks like mildew and no one cares. another reason is that ONE time we were going to be late paying our rent because we had to pay an unexpected expense .. anyways they said ok and took down the exact time i was going to get off of work to give them the money order.. i was about an hour late because i had to stay at work late and they had called me and my husband as well and threatened my husband with legal action... ridiculous!!! oh and on top of everything My freggin appliances are all broken now and no one will fix those either.. my fridge is bent on the bottom so it dosnt close correctly...we tested my dishwasher once.. we put clean dishes in it and it dirtied them.. anyways .. i'm glad i found this site.. its good for venting.. DON'T MOVE HERE!

I'm looking for an apartment in the Baldwinsville area and after checking these reviews it certainly won't be Kimbrook Manor. Not because of the tenent reviews but, because of the Management responses!

Are you serious there is nothing more obnoxious and unprofessional then someone who works in the office writing things on here. Not to mention the things that are being typed are downright rude and nasty. I was seriously considering moving here until I started to read the responses to the reviews. However; considering how rude the office staff doesn???t even try to hide being on here I not only will not even consider it but I will make sure to inform all of my former Lemoyne classmates to not even think about it. I hope that your boss reads some of the things written on here and realizes how much business that they are probably losing due to their immature employees. Seriously grow up and talk to the person face to face if you have a problem with what they are saying or simply get over it. Typing what you have been on here only makes everything bad that has been said look like its most likely true and anything good look like it was probably written by you.

Any problems that were brought to our attention about the leak were addressed immediately. It was never reported to us that there were any problems with the appliances, especially when the refrigerator is new. We do have a strict rental policy; however, we would never call and threaten our residents. As for yankeemn27 thank you for your contructive criticism and I hope you re-consider choosing Kimbrook Manor as your new home.
